About Sylvia Ezewuzie

Sylvia Ezewuzie is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in acute inpatient settings and outpatient clinics, treating patients with different mental health illnesses, including PTSD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, acute psychosis, anxiety disorders, major depressive disorders, ADHD, polysubstance use disorder, and dual diagnosis. She develops and utilizes individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for her patients. She is experienced in providing psychiatric services, including evaluation, medication management, and care coordination.

Sylvia is a compassionate healthcare provider passionate about mental health and treats her patients with dignity and respect. She believes in a holistic approach to treatment and focuses on helping her patients achieve optimal stability. She graduated from Wilkes University with her Master of Science in Nursing Degree. Prior to this, she worked for years as an experienced Registered Nurse in Med-Surg, Surgical Oncology, and Psychiatry. Outside work, she loves spending time with her family, dancing, and listening to gospel songs.
